Taking his Culinary Institute of America degree, vast experience and creativity, Aaron Siegel, opened Fiery Ron,s Home Team BBQ in the fall of 2006 with the feel of an old Mississippi juke joint. When I attended the American Culinary Federation several years back, I too had a secret love for bbq. I can understand his madness. The best deal in the place is a full rack of St. Louis ribs with a pitcher of domestic beer for 19.00. Try the mac n cheese, it's the best.
