South Carolina's Original Gold. Still cooked like it was in 1939 for 24 hours over hickory coals with the family's secret heirloom sauce, mustard-based Southern Gold. We had a side dish un be known to us. The dish is called Carolina Hash over Rice. ( signature southern hash and fluffy white rice ) I asked what country hash is and the guy told me that it is wet chopped pork, gravy and potatoes. We are shipping several portions back to the shop for our staff to taste test. They do ship coast-to-coast with there Flying-pig-express.
