Firefly tapas kitchen & bar
The first restaurant stakeout was filmed here in Las Vegas at the Firefly. We had the paella for entree. ( saffron rice, clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari, chicken, Spanish chorizo sausage ) Of the tapas side, we enjoyed the stuffed dates. ( bacon-wrapped, smoked almond, red wine reduction, blue cheese ) It was almost as interesting as the paella in Barcelona.

Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria and Cucina
We know his first major break was at Spago on the Sunset Strip in 1997. The Wolfgang Puck Companies encompasses over 20 fine dining Restaurants. We tried one of his wood fired oven pizzas,the Margherita, Mozzarella, San Marzano Tomatoes.Basil pizza.
Gordon Ramsey
We didn't eat here because Jo was concerned Gordon might be there and would make her do the dishes or mop the floor.
Pinks Hot Dogs.
Joanne enjoying their most popular item. Thanksgiving day in Los Vegas. Had all intentions to have the traditional dinner. These dogs were so filling that we skipped the buffet.
